Is a used GEA compressor a good deal?

The Stihl leaf blower was more expensive, but it's held up under almost daily use for two seasons. For us, that was the right call. If your team doesn't want to deal with two-stroke fuel mixing, a battery blower might be more practical.
I recommend Stihl for commercial duty, but I won't tell you it's the best for everyone. Match the tool to how often it's used. If you're on the fence, ask how many hours it will run each week. That number tells you more than any brand name.
AIO vs air cooler: which is better for a workstation?
This one is nowhere near as complicated as some people make it. When our IT team asked me to order parts for a few new workstations, they asked me the classic 'AIO vs air cooler' question. For standard office work, a good air cooler is enough. It has fewer moving parts, no liquid, and it's cheaper to replace.
An AIO liquid cooler (that's an all-in-one liquid cooler) can be a better fit for a high-end CPU in a compact case, or for a machine that will be under heavy sustained load. But it adds a pump, hoses, and coolant as potential failure points. The 'liquid cooling is always better' idea is mostly marketing for the average desktop. If you're building a small form-factor PC, an AIO radiator can mount where a large tower cooler won't fit. If your case has enough height for a tower cooler, the answer might be air.
Bottom line: if you're building a normal workstation, don't assume AIO is better. If you're overclocking or running a small server room, AIO might make sense. For our office, air coolers won.
