6:40 p.m., March 2024: The call that reset my week
In my role coordinating emergency refrigeration and HVAC parts for industrial clients, I have handled 200+ rush orders in nine years. Most are annoying. A few are genuine emergencies. The call that came in at 6:40 p.m. on a Tuesday in March 2024 was the second kind.
